Return Policy

If you need a return of order, you may please pay attention to our return policy first. To know our return policy is crucial for you to judge whether your order can get a refund after been sent back. The content below is return policy of Weddingcoo.


I. Types of refund

THREE types of refunds depend on the nature(s) of problem(s) and the type(s) of product(s) you bought: FULL REFUND, SEGMENTAL REFUND, and NO REFUND.

a. FULL REFUND: when ALL practical problems are caused by Weddingcoo so that you have to return the product(s) (e.g.: We make the dress in wrong color or wrong size.)
b. SEGMENTAL REFUND: when some of the practical problems are caused on the way of shipping(e.g.: deformation or breakage of package or product), and if the returned product(s) are not in good conditions (e.g.: damage of product, losing of component or accessory).
c. NO REFUND: some items with special conditions on our website could not be returned (as listed in point III), or because of your affective component (e.g.: "It looks not as good as that on the website", "It feels bad")


II. Notifications

a. All products that be of FULL AND SEGMENTAL REFUND should be returned to you together with the shipping fee (from Weddingcoo to you), but Weddingcoo will not be responsible for the shipping fee (from you to weddingcoo).
b. 8 days is the deadline of your request for refund, which means you should raise the proposal of refund request to us within 8 days since your reception of Weddingcoo's parcel(s).
c. An approximately 25% restocking fee (full refund products excluded) will be issued according to the conditions and specifications of returned item(s).

Attention please: certain formalities of refund are necessary, so you are expected to get your refund within 21 working days. Thanks for you understanding!



Repair of Product

We offer repair service if the product(s) you bought from Weddingcoo meet(s) some problem.

Weddingcoo will absorb the shipping charge for the return journey of your product (s), but you need to manage the shipping fee for it to come to us.

Please contact us to find out the charge and time it needs for repairing before you ship the broken product(s), so that we can make the preparations in advance for you to get it back earlier.



Replacement of Product

While the product(s) you bought on Weddingcoo is/are not the one(s) you ordered, you can raise the application of replacement of product(s).

Weddingcoo will absorb the shipping charge for the return journey of your product (s), but you need to manage the shipping fee for it to come to us.

Please contact us to find out the charge and time it needs for replacement before you ship the broken product(s), so that we can make the preparations in advance for you to get it back earlier.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories are made to order, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
